The Dear Military Spouse website was the idea and brains of Bridget Daniels Carlson, a dedicated Military Wife, Blogger, Mother, Web Designer, Business Owner, and Writer. Bridget is the author of Dear Military spouse, a column that started out in a newsletter and is now syndicated on Examiner.com where she is the National Military Marriage Examiner.

Back by popular demand! Started as a USMC Hangout newsletter column in 2003, Dear Military Spouse (formally Dear Jarhead Wife) has been brought back. Have a question for a Military Spouse? Bridget has the answer! Bridget prides herself researching all questions thoroughly and completely. Don't really have a specific Military life related question? Looking for advice instead. She's been there, done that, seen it, and has no problem "telling you like it is" if that's what you need. No question is ever "dumb". We all started oblivious to Military life and parenthood, and that's where Bridget comes in to help! Just remember, she doesn't sugar coat her answers.
